Training Programs

If you are training for a marathon, triathlon or wanting to get ahead for your team winter sport. Our coaches could have just the training program for you!

We can offer training programs and support for athletes of both team-based sports gearing up for a big season ahead, and individual athletes who are preparing for an event such as a marathon or triathlon.

We have packages to suit all levels of support. Maybe you just want a program to follow along with guidance from a coach, we can do that for you. Or maybe you also want to go through our testing protocol to establish baselines of fitness, speed and strength etc, then we can do that as well!

We will work with you to design a program that can incorporate any or all of the following features at specific times relative to your sport, position, and athletic needs.

  • App-based program targeting the features of your sport (muscular strength + power, speed, agility, aerobic/anaerobic fitness).

  • 30 min video consultation to customise your program.

  • Access to our coaching app where you will view and complete workouts and interact with your coach.

Option two

  • App-based program targeting the features of your sport (muscular strength + power, speed, agility, aerobic/anaerobic fitness).

  • 30 min video consultation to customise your program.

  • Access to our coaching app where you will view and complete workouts and interact with your coach.

  • In person baseline and re-testing the specific features of your sport. (muscular strength + power, speed, agility, aerobic/anaerobic fitness) Plus Technique analysis.
